Criteria 2: Organizations that have held more than 2 programs or events for startups within 1 year in Azerbaijan

Sub-document: Event agendas; materials confirming event implementation (photos, videos, press releases); participant lists; media articles; or cooperation agreements signed with partners

Criteria 3: Organizations that have contributed to the development of at least 10 or more startups through financial support, investment, mentoring, training, seminars, or consultancy services
Sub-document: Financial agreements signed with startups; registration/participant list/certificates confirming participation in trainings; presentation materials related to mentoring services; media articles; press releases; or documents confirming participation in incubation programs
