Program description: The aim of every entrepreneur is to identify a real problem and offer a practical solution. This principle has driven the creation of SABAH.academy's flagship program, "Introduction to Entrepreneurship." Recognizing that entrepreneurial knowledge is often inaccessible to many young people, making it appear complex and elusive, we have committed to simplifying it. Through a comprehensive understanding of both global and local ecosystems, along with foundational knowledge and essential skills, we aim to equip the next generation of innovative entrepreneurs for success.Target audience: Bachelor and Masters students of Azerbaijani universities.Program language: English. Number of startup teams (=ideas) created during the program: 2) Program Name: ”Entrepreneurship and New Business Development with Core Design Approach”. Program description: After successfully validating the need for accessible entrepreneurial education through SABAH.academy’s flagship program, we encountered another challenge—the English language barrier—which restricted us from reaching a larger group of Azerbaijani students. To address this, we introduced a new initiative: an entrepreneurship program in Turkish and Azerbaijani. This initiative allowed us to expand our offerings and impact beyond Bakui universities, including the launch of a program in Sumgait, ultimately reaching a wider and more diverse audience.Target audience: bachelor and masters students of Azerbaijani universities. Program language: English. Program supporters: IDDA. Academic program partners: VIVEKA and ÖDTÜ (Turkey).Partner universities (2023/24 academic year): 1 (Sumgait State University). Program graduates: 90 students. Number of teams created during the program: 3) Program Name: Joint MBA degree program with Sumgait State University. Program description: Building on the successes of SABAH.academy in undergraduate education, we have established a partnership with Sumgait State University to support the development of the curriculum and co-delivery of their premier MBA program in the Azerbaijani language, which was launched in September 2024. Program language: Azerbaijani. Program partners: SABAH.HUB. Program streams: General MBA, MBA in Finance, MBA in Education. Program enrollment: 24 students.

Number of graduates employed after graduation in the past 12 months – SABAH.academy goes beyond providing traditional employment pathways for our graduates. We equip students with the essential mindset, knowledge, and skills needed to excel in today’s governmental, corporate, and business environments. However, as an immediate career opportunity, we encourage our young graduates to become self-employed, pursue their dream careers by starting their own businesses, and ultimately become job creators themselves by engaging with the innovation ecosystem and developing their business ideas. As a result, 50 teams that completed our programs during the 2023/24 academic year have joined the SABAH.HUB incubation program to further develop the business ideas they came up with during our courses.
