Osa.az was founded in 2025 in Jalilabad, Azerbaijan by Elmaddin Mirzayev. The platform won the SUP.VC Innostart project in the Lankaran-Astara region. Considering social responsibility as an integral part of its activity, the company donates 5% of its annual revenue to support students with limited access to education but high potential, as well as young women who were deprived of early education or subjected to early marriage.
