Center for the Development of Cultural and Creative Industries

Yaradici (Creative) Center is one of the leading ecosystem players in Azerbaijan’s creative and innovation landscape. The Center operates under the full support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and plays a central role in developing innovation-driven creative industries. Innovation Clusters Within the innovation domain, the Center has established three key clusters: CulTech (Culture and Technology) Incubation GameTech Incubation Animation Acceleration Collectively, these clusters have supported and incubated 33 startups and game studios, contributing significantly to the growth of Azerbaijan’s creative economy. Talent Development: Yaradici EDU Under the Yaradici Center, a comprehensive talent development initiative — Yaradici EDU — provides full scholarships to Azerbaijani citizens interested in creative and digital professions. The program offers specialized courses in: Artificial Intelligence for Art (AI4ART) Motion Design Graphic Design Flutter Development Unreal Engine Game Design This initiative aims to nurture the next generation of creative and technical professionals capable of shaping the future of the cultural and digital industries. Invest2Create Fund In collaboration with the CulTech and GameTech Incubation Programs, Yaradici Center is developing a new investment mechanism titled Invest2Create. The fund is designed to provide early-stage investments to promising CulTech, GameTech, and Animation startups and studios, enabling them to scale and access international markets. Global Presence Through the support of Yaradici Center, successful resident startups have gained international exposure by participating in leading global summits and programs across Poland, Austria, the United States, Uzbekistan, Turkey, and South Korea. These opportunities have helped Azerbaijani creative entrepreneurs build networks, attract partnerships, and represent the country’s innovation potential on a global stage.
