I participated as an expert, mentor, trainer, speaker, and jury member in the following programs: I served as a mentor at PAŞA Bank Hackathon 2025, focusing on AI and CRM areas. I acted as an official mentor for startup and product development projects in the UNEC Mentor Incubation Program. I was a speaker at the Figma Friends community meeting in 2025 on “Product Ownership and Design Collaboration.” I participated as a mentor and evaluator in the BDA Product Owners Graduation Exam 2025. I organized and moderated 20+ mentor sessions in the Product Evolution Hub mentor series during 2024–2025. I conducted Lean Six Sigma trainings (Yellow, Green, Black Belt) as a trainer and global partner providing international certification. I led Product Ownership and Agile trainings (2024–2025) under Product Evolution Hub on PO and Scrum topics. I also participated as a moderator and speaker at ProductHub and Product Evolution Hub events.

I co-organized several programs. I organized the Product Evolution Hub Mentor Series (2024–2025), conducting over 20 mentor sessions and panel discussions with local and international experts. I co-organized Lean Six Sigma Training Programs (Yellow, Green, Black Belt) in collaboration with the Lean Six Sigma Institute, providing internationally recognized trainings and certifications to participants. I organized Product Ownership and Agile Trainings (2024–2025) in partnership with the International Scrum Institute, covering Product Ownership, Scrum, and Agile methodologies. I co-organized the PAŞA Bank Hackathon 2025 together with the bank’s innovation center, focusing on AI and CRM solutions. Additionally, I co-organized various workshops, meet-ups, and panel events within the ProductHub and Product Evolution Hub communities.

During the year, I supported several startups in different capacities. Within the UNEC Mentor Incubation Program, I provided mentorship to early-stage startups on product strategy, MVP development, and customer value analysis. Through the Product Evolution Hub, I advised more than 10 local startup teams on go-to-market strategies, user research analysis, and applying Lean methodologies. During the PAŞA Bank Hackathon 2025, I mentored participating teams in shaping their ideas and developing prototypes. Additionally, in the Figma Friends and BDA Product Owners programs, I guided participants with new product ideas on business models, UX, and Product Ownership practices.
