This year, I actively participated as an expert, mentor, and jury member in several programs and events. I served as a mentor at the New Generation 2.0 Bootcamp, guiding participants in developing their skills and innovative ideas. I also mentored teams at SABAH Hub’s Green Hackathon and SABAH.Hub Acceleration Bootcamp, supporting startups and projects in sustainability and entrepreneurship. Additionally, I acted as a jury member for the Hult Prize, evaluating projects and providing feedback to participants. I contributed as both an expert and mentor in the Hello Smart to Start program, sharing my knowledge to help participants refine and implement their ideas successfully.

This year, I organized several key technological and innovative projects within the startup and innovation ecosystem. I have been managing Baku ID, one of the region’s leading innovation and startup events, since its inception. I played a direct role in attracting participants, startups, partners, and sponsors. Baku ID brings together local and international startups, investors, and ecosystem participants. This year, the event attracted over 4,000 participants out of a total of 13,500+ historically, featured 100 startups (out of 375 overall), engaged 46 partnerships (out of 140 total), and raised $4,000,000 in investment funds (out of $5,500,000 total). I also organized Baku ID Side Events, which are supplementary meetings held alongside the main event to foster collaboration, networking, and experience sharing between startups and corporations, with 15 Side Events held to date. Startup Cafe sessions provided informal networking opportunities for ecosystem representatives, with over 800 guests attending 11 meetings. University Demo Day showcased innovative student projects, held four times this year with around 500 participants, where winning teams received awards totaling 150,000 AZN. I secured all sponsors and served as the main organizer. Demo Days for incubation and acceleration programs were also organized, highlighting startups’ final presentations. Additionally, I coordinated over 100 monthly workshops designed to improve startups’ knowledge and skills, Fireside Chats with experienced experts and entrepreneurs for informal knowledge sharing, and Frick Up Night events where startup founders shared lessons learned from failures to inspire others.
