The new version of the E-social application, which enables the digitalization of physical processes and simplifies users’ interactions with state or private institutions, has been launched. In this version, a special section called “Sənə özəl” has been created for people with disabilities. Within this section, a digital disability card has been developed and made available for use. Through this section, citizens can digitally verify their disability with state and private institutions without presenting physical documents. Additionally, through the QR code of the digital disability card, it is possible to benefit from special discounts and privileges from partners. The main functionalities of the “Sənə özəl” section include: Personal information panel: • Digital Disability Card (Smart Disability Card) • Key disability information Rehabilitation: • Reservation (online booking) • Telerehabilitation • Application for rehabilitation equipment Discount and privilege programs: • Special discounts and offers • Partnership and support programs
