I’m Shahruz Hasanli — an ecosystem builder who transforms the people, teams, and ideas behind products into market-ready successes. In Azerbaijan, I’ve accumulated years of hands-on experience in product design and execution — from banking to fintech, from mobile applications to internet banking platforms. To build meaningful products, I invest not only in code and processes, but in people — because strong teams are the foundation of a nation’s innovative future.

As one of the co-founders of PMC Azerbaijan, we’ve brought practical skills and international standards to the ecosystem. Over the past year, we’ve organized more than 12 high-impact events, provided direct mentorship and strategic support to over 40 startups in 2024–2025, and guided the product journey of more than 60 projects overall. More than 85% of the 160+ graduates from our training programs are now successfully employed in the field — the clearest proof that our approach works.

From venture product management to leading my team in creating an AI startup that reached a successful exit, I’ve played an active role in every stage of the process.
