FemTech is an organization dedicated to empowering and supporting the growth of Azerbaijan's startup ecosystem and entrepreneurship. We encourage women to thrive as leaders in the world of innovative ideas and technology, providing them with mentorship and role models. FemTech showcases women who are active in the fields of startup entrepreneurship and innovation and presents them as examples to inspire others. Our primary mission is to promote entrepreneurship and innovation among women, supporting their career development and enriching Azerbaijan's startup ecosystem. Our main areas of activity include organizing innovative projects, programs, and events. Through these initiatives, we aim to empower women to excel in technology and innovation. This allows them to create independent startups, learn how to develop new products and services, and take significant steps forward in their careers. In general, more than 40 events, trainings, and projects have taken place. I will mention 5 of them: 1) 21-day training session for women entrepreneurs living in the regions (it took place in 3 regions, and participants from 14 cities attended); 2) "From startup to entrepreneurship" event for community with AIESEC 3)"1st Corporate Social Procurement Exhibition" entrepreneurship. 4) "Her Improvement I, II" long term programs for startups. 5) "Gender Eguality Hackathon" (also other hackathons)
