List of technological and innovative projects that you have organized current year – Aysel Gülməmmədova is the founder of Baku Design Academy (BDA) and plays several significant roles in the Azerbaijani business and educational sectors:

• Founder of Baku Design Academy (BDA): For six years, BDA has been training future designers and professionals through innovative education, achieving first and second places in national recognition for design and business specialties.
• Leader of the Education Community for Educational Companies and Chair of the Education Committee at KOBSKA (Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises).
• Key organizer of ProductTank Azerbaijan, part of the UK-based Product Owners Community.
• Member of Technovate Sabah Angel Club.
• Winner of the IVLP (International Visitor Leadership Program) 2024.
• In 2021, Aysel was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" at the Azerbaijan Women Award.
• In 2023, BDA won the "SkillBooster" award at Inmerge Summit, recognized by the Innovation Agency for its distinctiveness and contribution to the ecosystem.
• In 2024, she was awarded a Special Education License by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Economy, a prestigious recognition given to only a few centers in the country.
• In 2024, through her initiative, international certification programs in IT were made available in Azerbaijan, making global standards accessible for local professionals.
  
  
• Developed the MVP Simulation Innovative Program, the first locally patented education method in Azerbaijan by the Intellectual Property Agency. This program teaches startup and corporate product teams how to create prototypes efficiently, resulting in 24 successful innovative projects with 200 students in just two months. The simulation aims to create agile and innovative product owner teams across companies by 2024-2025.
  
  
• Co-organizer of Baku Edu EXPO 2024 (with KOBIA).
• Main sponsor of the University Demo Day segment at Baku ID.
• Key contributor to ProductTank, hosting over 1,000 community members, 20 experts, 10 meetups, and 5 workshops.
• Actively supports other communities like Startupgrind, DesignTalks, and Femtech (Women in IT).
• Awarded scholarships worth 30,000 AZN to young talents in innovative fields, with over 20 students receiving 50% or 100% scholarships.

One of her students, 20-year-old Leyla Məmmədova, won first place at the Cannes Lions World Design Championship, a remarkable achievement attributed to BDA’s support.

Aysel notes that the IDDA award received by BDA at the Inmerge Summit last year played a key role in motivating her company to push further in 2024. She remains hopeful that another victory this year will lead to even greater accomplishments in the future.
