Description – PROSYS MMC has been operating in the field of information and communication technologies since 2010. The company manages ICT projects, develops technical specifications, implements and documents projects, creates software solutions, and sells and installs ICT equipment. PROSYS MMC offers its own ERP solutions, Electronic Document Management, and other software solutions, including: 1. DMSpro – Electronic Document Management System software 2.HRMpro – Human Resources and Payroll Management software 3.TMSpro – Task and Application Management software 4.FMSpro – Financial and Accounting Management software 5.FAMpro – Fixed Asset Accounting Management software 6. WMSpro – Warehouse Management software 7. PMSpro – Electronic Procurement Management software 8. RMSpro – Electronic Reporting System software 9. ECSpro – Examination and Certification software 10. VASpro – Video Analytics software – a real-time event notification video analytics software (detecting movement in a predetermined zone or upon crossing a line). 11. DSSpro – Citizen Information System software 12. SCADApro – SCADA software.

These software solutions have been developed by PROSYS MMC and are entirely local solutions. They have been successfully implemented in many government agencies and have been in use for many years. PROSYS MMC has obtained copyright certificates for its software solutions from the Intellectual Property Agency.

Name of at least 3 projects launched during this year – 2024 Projects 1. A contract signed between PROSYS MMC and the State Agency for Major Construction and Supply under the Ministry of Culture for the implementation of MRP - Enterprise Resource Planning software DMSpro – Electronic Document Management, TMSpro – Application Management, HRMpro - Human Resources and Payroll Management, FMSpro - Financial and Accounting Management, PMSpro - Electronic Procurement Management, and BMSpro - Budget (Financial and Summary) Management software, as well as the mobile version of DMSpro – Electronic Document Management, is ongoing. The project completion date is set for the end of the year. 2.A contract with the Ministry of Economy’s Construction and Supply Union LLC for the rewriting and enhancement of the Licenses and Permits portal is in progress, with a completion date of the end of the year. 3. A contract with the Republic Committee of the Health Workers' Trade Union for the implementation of DMSpro – Electronic Document Management and its mobile version has been fully executed, and execution acts are available.  2023 Projects 1. A contract with the Education System Information Administration for the implementation of HRMpro – Human Resources and Payroll Automation software and the enhancement of DMSpro – Electronic Document Management software has been fully executed, with execution acts available. 2. A contract with the Education System Information Administration for the enhancement of "TMSpro - Automated Application Management System" software has been fully executed, with execution acts available. 3. A contract with the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the development of an electronic credit and guarantee system to automate the process of providing state guarantees for loans given to entrepreneurial entities operating in liberated territories and subsidizing loan interest rates has been fully executed, with execution acts available. 4. A contract with AZƏRİŞIQ ASC for the implementation of a new version and enhancements of DMSpro – Electronic Document Management software and providing technical support services has been fully executed, with execution acts available.
