Information about the project (which process is digitalized) – The examination process automation project, conducted in collaboration with Bakinity and the State Examination Center (DİM), elevates the transparency and efficiency of the examination system in Azerbaijan to a new level. The primary objective of this project is to create a secure and fair assessment platform where every candidate can be assured of the objectivity and accuracy of their results. The system encompasses all key stages, from registration for the examination to the timely receipt of results. Digitalization enables candidates to register in advance and plan their sessions while also accelerating result processing to minimize waiting times. This automation process ensures operational planning and allows for immediate analysis of examination results, eliminating errors and subjectivity. A crucial part of the project is a comprehensive question bank accumulated over 30 years, containing more than 500,000 tasks. Each test task is individually tailored for participants, ensuring uniqueness and reducing the risk of unauthorized access to questions. This guarantees that each participant will be evaluated solely based on their knowledge. To ensure the security and fairness of the assessment, the project involves the use of secure digital booths for computer-based examinations. This solution allows for immediate result retrieval after the examination, eliminating long verification processes and document submissions. Additionally, the project provides access to examinations for individuals with limited mobility, enabling participation through the use of video and audio materials. This makes the system more inclusive and accessible to all citizens of the country. Our solution guarantees the fairness and accuracy of assessments for every citizen of Azerbaijan. The new level of transparency and the digital structure of examinations ensure fair evaluation of each participant's knowledge.
