• Property Management: Property owners and residents easily access information related to their apartments, making management more efficient.
• Payments: Residents can pay utility bills and other expenses digitally and online.
• Service Ordering: Various services, such as repairs and maintenance, can be ordered directly through the application.
• Notifications: Automatic notifications regarding debts, payments, and updates are sent to residents.
• Data and Reports: Users, property managers, and homeowners have quick access to reports and analytical data related to the property.
