On April 17, 2025, the “GreenTech” II Startup and Green Technologies Competition, dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the university, was organized by the Innovation Center of the Azerbaijan University of Technology (ATU). The goal of the competition is to support the development of an incubation environment for technological innovations and green technologies in Azerbaijan. The competition will provide participants with the opportunity to express their creative ideas in many areas, such as digital ecology, environmental monitoring and analysis, drones and equipment for transporting heavy loads, as well as technological solutions useful for humanity. This competition will also have a positive impact on the ecological situation of Azerbaijan, increase the potential of young people in the direction of sustainable development and the application of innovative solutions, and encourage the creation of new approaches to the use of modern technologies in environmental protection.
