Over the past 12 months, we have launched several projects including the Meteo.az Mobile Application for the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Energy Efficiency Information System for the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Recruitment module of the 7HRM product for YeloBank ASC.

In the last 3 consecutive years, the average annual– Meteo.az About the project: Meteo.az – is a modern mobile application that delivers weather conditions, climate information and environmental warnings in real time to citizens in Azerbaijan. The application was fully developed by SeptemTech and has made a significant contribution to the digitalization of public services. Main functions: dynamic weather forecasts, air quality indicators, environmental recommendations, warnings and multilingual interface. 2. Energy Efficiency Information System (EEIS) Client: Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan About the project: EEIS is a complex platform created for collecting, analyzing and managing data on energy consumption and efficiency. The system collects information from enterprises, analyzes energy costs and supports the ministry in formulating energy saving policies. Main functions: analytical dashboards, automatic reports, enterprise database, visualized indicators for decision-making. 3. Recruitment module of the 7HRM product Client: YeloBank OJSC About the project: The recruitment module developed as part of SeptemTech's 7HRM platform fully automates the bank's HR processes. The system provides transparency, speed and analytics by transferring all stages from vacancy announcement to candidate selection to a digital environment. Main functions: candidate tracking panel, role-based login, HR analytics indicators. Result and impact: These three projects fully reflect the "SEPTEM" mission - the principle of simplifying complex processes with technology. Each is aimed at increasing efficiency, transparency and innovation in the state and business sectors. The company, as a technopark resident, continues to contribute to the development of local technologies, training of talented personnel and sustainable digital progress. 2. Innovation All projects are developed by internal technical teams; there is no external dependence. Thanks to the internal platform “7CORE”, the development time of projects has been reduced by up to 30%. Each system is adapted to modern cloud infrastructure and security standards. Increases the use of local technological products in both the state and private sectors. 3. Social and economic impact Increases transparency, efficiency and citizen convenience in public services. Makes a real contribution to national priorities such as energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. As in the case of YeloBank, it strengthens the digitalization of the private sector. As a technopark resident, it provides new jobs, local specialist training and ecosystem development. 4. Future plans It is planned to develop new GovTech and HRTech products in 2025–2026, prepare more students for their future careers in Artificial Intelligence at our "SEPTEM ACADEMY" training center, which opened its doors to students this year, and establish an AI-based analysis and integration laboratory within the Technopark. "SEPTEM" will continue to contribute to the digital future of Azerbaijan by prioritizing innovation and technological independence.
